thanks guys. As much as I like compliments though, I'd really love to hear some feedback, suggestions, criticisms, etc. as well!
I think for juves I'm going to have to get my hands on some empire militia parts, the legs aren't so bulky (and I think they're smaller in general - am I right?).

hmm yeah, but they wouldnt fit in as well.... for juves why not just shave of the shoulder pads? cos thats mty only critism. why would guys not wearing body armour wear a shoulder pad? but your models are ace. like the look of the fatty (i got that model so i might have a try )
perhaps younger looking heads would work for juves....

I was thinking possibly empire free company legs, cadian bodies, empire arms with some weapon swaps and I guess I'd have to use empire heads too, catachan heads will be too big... Shaving the shoulder pads off could work, but they'll still look really big and not very juve like because of the big catachan parts... Any other ideas anyone? Automatically Appended Next Post: Another ganger! Shotgun made from the barrel of a grenade launcher and a catachan lasgun.

That was creative, using an eldar arm for a bionic arm - I like it. Consider it stolen.

Update! Check out my new heavy stubber conversion! Still need to do some cleanup and stuff. Made from a Cadian flamer, grenade launcher, spare lasgun power pack, some putty, and a goblin spear. There's another ganger too but I forgot to take a picture of him, I'll do it later.

no comments? ideas? crits? anything! Still trying to figure outn how to do juves - I'm leaning towards empire militia arms and legs on cadian bodies, but I'm not positive yet.

that is a pretty cool heavy stubber.
Juves are a problem with kit bashed necromunda. The empire militia legs are longer than the cadian ones, but thinner, so it could work out. Post some pictures when you have something tacked together.

I've got some empire parts on the way - in a week or so I'll have some pictures up. I'm hoping the empire parts give them that that lanky youngster look, since they're not as bulky as the IG ones. The arms won't have the shoulder pads either, and there are knives and pistols aplenty in the militia box (those old-school pistols could totally work as stubguns). We'll see.
