Space Marines are essentially 7 foot tall men with a very muscular physique. As such, there should be a fair amount of models that could work for that.

To the OP, the reason you see them getting treated while still in their armor, is because their armor holds their guts together and helps speed up the healing process, they never unsuit for medical attention, if it's that serious, the apothcary just cuts away part of the armor,
