Most of my bit's are left overs from kits I bought, and some from bit store's, and trades from bit boxes all round my warhammer club...
There's also a lot of 1/35 bit's all over my marine and Orks/Grot stuff....

Merging 2 households takes away some build time, as does my model flying hobby, but progres is being slowly made.

My first Mega Dread is nearly build. Almost completely out of the box. (one klaw finger got lost somewhere, so I replaced them all)
The Klanking Destroyer and the Deff Dread are also almost ready to paint, so it will be a tripple paint job.

And I probably need te build more Grot Tanks, as a club menber expressed interest in some of the FG ones.

But the to do list is growing:
1 Truck
3 battlewaggons (1 or 2 for conversions probably)
6 deathkopta's (+2 ramora's for coversion)
20 orks ( troops)
30 grots ( troops)
5 Loota's
1 Squigot
1 Kill blasta Tank
2 Stompa's
2 Dakka jets
5 Killa kans
4 Grot Tanks ( if the sale goes through)
2 Grot Megatanks (1 original, and 1 convertion)

Non Ork stuf for conversion:
2 Leman Russ
1 Dreadknight
1 Storm Raven
And ofcourse lot's and lot's off plasticard....

I subbed to this ages ago but never commented so let me just say some epic builds Loving the curved front grot tank that looks marvellous that idea stolen

However the Kill kans are brilliant, the four legged one is so cool and using the grill of the truk model fits perfectly on top of that the sentinel with the legs just looks so Orkish, which reminds me that I started exactly the same thing myself many moons ago but never got around to finishing it off.

As fo your to do list no envy here mate, I could not sleep at night trying to figure how to fit all in but good luck with it all and on the sale although I am sure you wont need it

Thanks, Lone dirty dog.

Hey were Orks. Stealing is our thing...
And If it looks good, it is good...

Like your Grot Mega tank.
Mine will be build on a M3 Lee 1/35 kit. With Machinator bogies and tracks. Leman Russ sponsons. And for the rest???
I've said it before, I just love the conversions posible with orks...
Played only once so far with the Grot tanks and got kicked of the table , but is was great fun....

Yes Orks stealing, bashing and looking dam ugly

M3 Lee Hey look forward to that one, I just used the KV1 kit that was lying around doing nothing, really had no idea what or wear I was going with it to be honest, mine was more a pirate ship on tracks

Thanks though been a while since I did that I am trying to revisit things so hopefully it will get it finished …….One day

Machinators tracks are nice I have some myself , look great as grot tank tracks

Never play so would have no idea, but looking at them I don't think they would last long LOL but better luck next time

With armor 10 they get glanced to death by st4 weapons. So Grot tanks ain't very durable.
But as ablative shielding they work fine. Oponents can't just ignore them so they got their fair shair of fire.
Killed some marines though.

Two four legged killa kan's awesome, looking good so far detailing is coming on nicely

I to have a Behemoth great looking model, but you have managed to improve the overall look which in its self an achievement

Are they the Killa Kan arms on the Behemoth ?

The left one is a Killa Kan arm with a Deff Dread ccw , and the rokkit launcha on the shoulder is the lower part of a KK arm. The left arm is the original klaw arm that came with the Behemoth, I like the look of this arm a lot. They could probably sell it as a individual part quite easy....
The shoulder pads are also from the DD. There's a lot of pinning in the model, the joints are a bit thin for my taste, so I shored them up with metal 1.5mm pins.

A bit of testing was needed to get the legs into a mobile looking stance. Most of my kans have this mod to. I like my army to have a dynamic look to it...

Luckely we have weekends, otherwise I would not get much building done...
Here's some more pics of the tracked Killa kan. (nr 12)
Made some progress on the back and the suspension. But ran out of close combat arms. Had to order some in.
To bad that's gona set my building pace back even further, but I can build on with the others, or try to scratch build an arm or two.

Other idea's are plenty, so building does continu. New Grot tanks, and a Death Dread to shore up the ranks..

This stuff is amazing!

Where do you get plastic card? I've looked all over and can't find it. I have to use popsicle sticks instead which are rubbish compared to what you've done here
