Yes they give you some other options, but if those are the things bugging you Cygnar won't really fix them.
I disagree; Cygnar has blaster warcasters who only want one 'jack just like everyone else, but they're nowhere near the "never ever field more than one warjack" horrors of Khador. Their warjacks are less Focus-hungry, they have more tools that give the warjacks some benefit without requiring Focus, and they have more/better ways to run warjacks without your warcaster than everyone else. I run a fifty-point list with
EHaley (a warcaster who likes having a hundred percent of her Focus to zap the enemy with), and there are three warjacks in the list, only one of which is actually in her battlegroup.
I should explain further as my answer was just a quickie to try to provide some key info to the original poster. Yes, Cygnar has some options for running multiple jacks whereas Khador pretty much has none. But those lists tend to be just a few out of the many possibilities. Also, those extra jacks are pretty much limited to 2 or 3 jacks (charger, defender and hunter). You are unlikely to have lists with multiple heavies. And yes, there is the Nemo list with all chargers, but that is really more of a skew list than a serious competitive list. Which brings me to my ultimate issue with multiple jacks. You are almost always better off getting more solos and/or units with the points for the jack
and the support needed to run it.
In short, the OPs problem of Khador not being a multiple jack army is unlikely to truly be solved by switching to Cygnar. Though if you really want to do it there are a couple options. But do some research on them first before jumping in.
