I'd seriously ask the guy to stop. Most likely he'll be flippant. So ask him again. Be polite, firm, and speak slowly in full sentences. Leave no doubt.
Then if he persists go to the store owner, explain the situation.
If the owner doesn't care about his store, he'll do nothing. You can then leave, or ignore the guy.
Most store owners will care, and probably annoyed by "that guy" 's attitute, and hopefully will have the balls to say something to him.
I personally don't like it at all when one customer makes another uncomfortable, or chases off another player. Just not good business on so many levels. Let it continue and your store loses the good players and is left with several "that guy".
