This is great for a Eldar starter army and comes out to 1650 points without any upgrades and 2100+ points with realistic upgrades. The entire army is completely put together. I have done zero priming or painting on this army. I will include all bits that have come with the model kits and the Eldar 4th edition codex. My asking price is $300 w/ free shipping (or best offer), though I'm also looking to start an Adeptus Mechanicus army.
