This is the same sim-hammer program I wrote the other day with a web front end. Feel free to play around with it. If you find any errors just let me know.
New Features Include

I created a break in the weapon selection box so you can more easily see how they are broken down by race.

I also need some help with data entry to enter all the weapons and unit types.
