I'm starting up an Empire army and looking for a bit of input on the color scheme. Basically it will be red and black with yellow for the hosiery to liven things up and offset the dark colors. I think this scheme will look much better on the troops without so much hose showing but here is an example of the basic colors. I will add stripes and things to legs here and there for variation.
Very nice colour scheme. I especially like the yellow trousers. They look a natural "medieval" look. The wood on the rifle is also exceptionally painted.
