Bad Breath:
Herald of Tzeentch, chariot, breath of chaos 95

5 Flamers of Tzeentch 175
5 Screamers of Tzeentch 80

Daemon Prince, mark of slaneesh, pavane, breath of chaos, Aura of aquiesance 155
Daemon Prince, mark of slaneesh, pavane, breath of chaos, Aura of aquiesance 155
Thats 10 models with breath of chaos, 5 pavanes of slaneesh per turn for bunching up models, pulling them out of cover for fiends to eat, and just general lulz. Fiends and screamers are main antitank, if needed massed breath can stun/immoblize tanks for screamers to eat. A bit lacking on antitank, but I think its anti-infantry potential is scary

Looks good, should hit hard and fast though maybe not one to field against friends ;-)
Might increase the bullet shield PB squads by loosing a Fiend unit - that said, 2 wound models with Eternal Warrior and rending will make good bullet magnets themselves while the pavane/breath combo does the damage.
DP have been kept nice & cheap, always a problem with the ridiculous price you pay for Wings in the CD codex!
As ever, Dreadnought's might be a problem for you if they melee the wrong units but with that many pavanes you should be able to move them away/into a more useful position.
Ps. just noticed you have pavane + breath on DP's ... i'd go with pavane only for the BS 5 hitting on 2's, as they can only use one or the other each turn. use the spare points to bolster existing unit sizes for the flamers?

The princes are monstrous creatures so they can use both each turn
I was originally thinking of getting some bolts in on the tzeralds to counter walkers, as I can force them to turn around then bolt them in their av10 ass but chose not to because then I would be paying 90 points for an ability that I have to choose whether to use instead of breath. Automatically Appended Next Post: against dreadnoughts ill try and avoid them, and as a last resort tie them up with the fiends, who can hit and run away when the rest of my army is clear. Also massed breath can immobilize them so I can ignore them for the rest of the game.

They can use both. However, they have to use them against the same unit, and they don't get to pavane first; pavane and breath have to go off simultaneously, which more or less defeats a large part of the purpose.
I do like the idea, though if you're planning on playing this I'd suggest one more squad of PBs if you can squeeze them in there.
I'd be curious to see how well it works. You're not much lighter on anti-tank than my 1500 point list, and even though mine isn't great it can take down couple of vehicles from time to time. Sheer quantity might theoretically be able to correct for the problems that breath has, especially combined with some pavane... Automatically Appended Next Post: Erm... just realized your DPs have no Hide. Nurgle, Tzeentch, or Hide is really necessary if you want the model to last more than one turn.

Gonna test it today against termispam should be interresting...
Good point on pavane and breath having to be used at the same time, Ill probably have to change the list to fit that, although it will keep the princes cheaper which could be a good thing.
I expect my princes to die. Its just about what my enemy wants dead. Most of the stuff in the army is a pretty big threat, so he should have problems choosing what to kill.

You may expect your princes to die, but you don't need to make it so easy for your opponent to make it happen. *shrug* It's your list, of course. Just saying you may be surprised at how little effort your opponent will need to put into killing your DPs.

Played the list today against BT termispam, 4 terminator squads w/ 2 asscans, and the list performed very well. The pavane+breath combo killed off a squad each turn, and the game ended with 2 terminators left alive + 8 or so crusaders. me holding 2 objectives to his 0 (I pavaned his squad off the obj. on the last turn )
Second game I got raped utterly by deepstrike. We were playing dawn of war, 2 of my herald scattered too close to the edge and got assaulted from reserve and died, the flamers died to a single terminator who survived their breaths, and another tzerald died to a deep strike mishap. Plus the fiends didnt rend once during the entire game, despite getting charges with all 5 fiends alive
Gonna tweak the list a bit, then post up the new version.

Yea I most certainly have to give credit to this list, I was the one playing the termispam. The Pavane works nicely with the breaths. The list presents a lot of fast moving targets, and especially an army like my termispam will find it hard to kill off enough before it's too late.
When playing against this list, close combat is your best friend. There are a lot of soft targets like the flamers, heralds, and screamers that you can charge to hide from your opponent's shooting.
