I built this guy overnight from a mix of burna's, aobr nob body, mek head, grot prod tip, and some plasticard and greenstuff. He is being entered for best painted converted model. What do you guys think so far. I'm gonna make a monkey wrench to replace his axe and have a controller in his other hand.

well, I got lazy and decided not to make a wrench as an axe because i would have to go to my parents where all my bits currently are. So instead i just painted up his controller, which is a stock from a custom mega blaster off the loota sprue, and gave him an axe.

It looks really good. I always wanted to try a bunch of Skaven Warlock Engineer bits for a mek...

Son can you play me a memory? I'm not really sure how it goes... |

That axe really underwhelms compared to all the other cool stuff you've got going on with this guy. A few minutes with some plasticard wouldn't be too bad - the least you could do is get the axe head from the Mek's tools that come with the lootas and plop that on.

Alright, I had to go to my parents anyway to use some of my brothers rocks from his basing kit, and I'm out of PVA glue. Here is a picture of him on his correct base, with a wrench.

Looks great! Fantastic work with the monkey wrench, looks much better than the axe.
