Does anyone know if the Ruins battlezone should have been in this shipment or is it next shipment?

Oh mah gerdz! FedEx just sent a new email saying my package is estimated for tomorrow at 10:30. For those UK folk who already got theirs, is this the notice I can count on or do I still have to take it with a grain of salt?

Ruins are the only battlezone that didn't make the first shipment.

I got the same thing. Unless everything is being sent by overnight air it seems unlikely since the ship date is today... and overnight air seems like pretty generous shipping.

And, of course, signature is required so I won't get it until the next day anyways. Pfft.

As such, we’re only going to be sporadically online over the next week or so. This means Kickstarter messages, Facebook messages and emails will not be answered straight away. If you’ve got an urgent query, please use the web contact forms or contact us through our Facebook page, but we still can’t guarantee we’ll pick it up immediately! We really are putting all hands to pumps to deal with the behemoth that is Deadzone. We hope to be back to normal in a couple of weeks!

In the meantime, here’s a short FAQ that might answer your query before you have to ask it:

I’ve got some missing pieces in my order! What do I do?

Please complete an Order Query Form so we know all the details, and we’ll get it sorted out for you as soon as possible.

I’m waiting on an order I made through www.manticgames.com. When can I expect it?

Deadzone is taking up most of our warehouse staff’s time and attention, but the next batch of orders should be going out either at the end of this week or the start of next week.

How about pre-orders?

That’s not a question! However, pre-orders will start shipping next week. Deadzone boxed game pre-orders will go via courier – that’s next day delivery for the UK, 2-3 days for EU, US and Canada, and a little bit longer for the rest of the world.

I’d like a review copy of a game / sponsorship for an event / prizes for a tournament / etc. Can you help?

We’re all about supporting the community, but we’d really appreciate it if you could come back and ask us in January – otherwise your request is likely to get lost amid everything else!

I have 2 tracking numbers apparently. One sent on Sunday and a different one today (both for 10.8 pounds). I'm curious which one will be the real one.

The one sent today. the one from Sunday was letting you know that your tracking information had been entered into the FedEx system.

Don't forget to add the alt survivor and new battlezone and probably a ton of the new hard plastics in the second survey.

I got the EB game (140 level) and 50 bucks for the faction boosters (the buy 1 get 1) and I think I chose Rebs and Enforcers...

Suppression Team + 3 mats (6'x4' you see...) + a bunch of Terrain (to cover all that space, or build my own hive city on a normal board) and a few miscellaneous boosters. Again, I blame Squig completely.

I spent more on DFG, at least from a pledge perspective. If the goods are solid there might be a smidge more spent on the second survey, but I doubt it'll exceed those levels. It does occupy the #2 spot in my backer history, and edged out KD:M's pledge+survey ever-so-slightly. It's nice having a job that could support a wife and kid and having neither of those things...well, sometimes anyway.

I suspect it's due to the ridiculous amount of terrain between ST and the additional ones (I forget how many ruins I had that won't be coming yet).

Alpharius-- we should all get 2nd survey and enforcer bundle will be second shipment.

Sooooo, has anyones Fedex email gone In Transit yet?

I'm still waiting for mine. Got my notice last week but nothing else :(

I got a second email from Fedex today with a different tracking number in it. Like the first one I got, it's still telling me that I'll receive the package in a rdiciulously short amount of time. Neither tracking number shoes anything as being in transit though.
