OK, so here's my attempt at making a shooty but mobile/fun SM army that is able to adapt to most threats.

Idea is that the Marines Combat Squad and I get a good amount of shots at long range to take out tanks/transports, with enough Meltas to knock out heavy tanks up close if necessary. I should also have the versatility to pump out enough shots/templates to deal with a lot of troops.

I'm not sure that I would classify this list as a shooty list, its more like a hodge podge.

As for the Chaplin or Librarian question. The Chaplin will let you reroll failed to-hit rolls when assulting. The Librarian will give you a Psychic hood and two phsycic powers.

The Tactical Squads are ok, however I find that combi-flamers are kind of pointless, you'd be better with another combi-melta.

The Razorbacks, change their load out to the Lascannon and Twin Linked Plasma Gun setup, it is a much better setup, makes your Razorbacks more durable and costs the same as the Twin-Linked Lascannons.

The Terminators, you dont have to take terminators in a Space Marine Army. I say this because they dont really fit into a shooty army. I would consider replaceing them with a vehicle or walker.

The Dreadnought, I'm not sure what to tell you exactly as you didnt specifiy what other weapon its got, I'm going to assume its a DCCW. I would suggest makeing this Dread into a more ranged combat position. Give it two Twin-Linked Autocannons and these things become beasts at close combat. I would also consider useing the points you gain if you drop the terminators to take more Dreadnoughts.

The Landspeeders are fine, but then again this is more of an assulty unit.

The Vindicator, with this unit, on the tournement level, you really need to take atleast two of these or none at all.

The Predator is fine as it is, but I would suggest replaceing it with a seocnd Vindicator.
