I want to get some fast moving support for my CSM army, but I can't decide what's better, bikes or raptors. What do you guys think? Feel free to suggest other units.

ugh. neither unit is good. the less bad unit is probably raptors because, although their capabilities arent great, they arent overpriced for what they are. bikes on the other hand are definitely overpriced. raptors are just kind of blah. try a squad of 8 berserkers in a tin can for about the same price and alot more hitting power.

^ Agreed.
"Ugh" ditto, this comes up every 3 weeks.
The third option is the answer: neither.
If you want to entertain the idea, then minimum squads with 2 special weapon (likely meltas or flamers) and use them as easily hidable special weapon delivery system.

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

Raptors. They are better strategically, as they can deepstrike and can have larger units for the same price as bikers.

I think you should go with the Berserkers in a tin can!

Unless you are doing a theme army, this is it.
3 Bikers or 5 Raptors are within 1 point of each other and have approximately the same level of durability. I say go with whatever model you like better.
Or say screw it and take 3 Spawn instead because they at least have a badass model.

I was thinking about doing a Night Lords army, so I'll probably go for the Raptors, although I might get some spawn as well.

Look up a poster called "Night Lords". Dude has Raptors worked out. I don't think Bikes are a waste. Just remember that they're Chaos Space Marines, and they have mobile firepower. They can put an Icon much further downfield than Raptors can, ready for Turn 2 teleportation/summoning. The Icon of Tzeentch really stiffens them up to survive the first turn. Something lots of people seem to forget is that they have Pistols and Close Combat Weapons. If they accompany a Chaos Lord on a Bike, then you have a unit that can do some damage on a relatively flat table.
Raptors are more about hunting transports with Melta Guns and then murdering whoever falls out. Berzerkers are nice, but they have neither the mobility nor the inherent firepower to do this to isolated units. Plus they can jump over line of sight obstacles.

This is the best option presented in this thread.
Jokes asides Raptors rock. raptors are 5 points over a normal CSM, so for 7 raptors you get 7 marines with a rhino. The raptors are more maneuverable than the marines, faster too- if only by an inch per turn Also, as I'm sure most SM players know about rhino blocking? or other such shenanigans? bubble wrap that tank? *shrug* fly over it. Massive carpark? big melee stopping you from getting where you need to go? enemy sent out a speedbump for you to charge? fly over it. The best is buildings (not buildings as in occupied buildings, like ruins with open roofs/higher than 2 levels) though, because those 7 CSM compared to the 7 raptors before will need to walk up the stairs/ladders whilst getting the gak shot out of them by whoever is in the ruins. the 7 raptors will fly up there and start laying into ma' 's . They take a bit of practice, but you just need to keep your eyes open to the "move bubble" of 12"+ d6, not only where you can go this turn, but where you can go next turn as well.
