I think its a CSM head

I believe its the head from CSM vehicle sprue.

Thats a totally normal head from the CSM sprue only it has the rivets filed off. You get 4 or 5 of them in 1 box set.....search ebay for "Chaos Space marine heads"

They come in the basic CSM box set.

Guys, that looks totally like the standard CSM head except I don't remember it having such raised detail on the "skull" cheekbones, and the breather vent seems more contoured as if screaming. Could this be a raptor head with the batwings removed?

This skull shape has two variations. The one featured above and the same shape with a bionic right eye which is cool!
