The Angels of Deliverance

Parent Chapter: Dark Angels
Home world: Pyros
Fortress-Monastery: The Furnace
Founding: 2nd Founding
Chapter Master: Supreme Grand Master Icarus

History
The Angels of Deliverance were founded during the 2nd founding. They are one of the least celebrated chapters in Imperial history, even though their deeds are great and honorable.
Their home world, Pyros, is located in the Rizen System in the Galactic North. The chapter's most common enemies are the tyranids of the Moloch hive fleet and Chaos Daemons. The Blazing Angels unlike their parent chapter are trusting of particular xenos races and will commonly trade and fight side by side them, mostly the Eldar. The Angels of Deliverance also differ from their parent chapter because the have close ties with the Adaptus Mechanius, mostly because their home world also doubles as a forge world.

Organization
The Angels of Deliverance follow the organization of their parent chapter very closely. The first company, named The Hunters operates solely in terminator armour while the second company, Th Watchers, only use bikes and land speeders. The rest of the chapter is follows the rules set down by the Codex Astartes.

Headquarters
Pyros is world ravaged by flame, despite this the planet is rich in wild life and human inhabitants. The human population bear similar traits to those of native americans. Fortress Furnace is a maze of corridors and halls. The most sensitive areas are located many miles below the planet's black crust. Here the interrogator chaplains of the chapter interrogate captured Fallen using all means necessary.

The Inner Circle
The Inner Circle is made up of all the company masters, chaplains, librarians, techmarines (unlike the Dark Angels) the grand masters of the 1st and 2nd companies and the Supreme Grand Master himself. This group of prestigious individuals decide upon everything that happens within the chapter. They also know the chapter's greatest secrets from the true purpose of the Hunters and the Watchers, to the hunt for the Fallen.

The Hunters
The Hunters' function in the chapter is that of the Inner Circle's personal hammer. Anything that stands in the way of the chapter will certainly be crushed by the ultimate power of the Lion Guard. This company exclusively operates in terminator armour. The Hunters are made up of 20 terminator squads and maintains several dreadnoughts and land raiders. It's command staff include, Grand Master Joshia, Chaplain Cam'arion, an apothecary and standard bearer.

The Watchers
The Watchers' are a specialized fast attack force, that solely relies upon the use of bikes and other high speed vehicles like land speeders. They hunt the Fallen across the galaxy waiting for the right moment to strike and call in the Lion Guard. The Watchers are made up of 100 bikers and maintains a number of land speeders. It's command staff is made up of, Grand Master Dominique, Chaplain Martines, an apothecary and a standard bearer.

Codex Companies
3rd,4th and 5th- 6 tactical squads, 2 assault squads, 2 devastator squads
6th and 7th- 10 tactical squads
8th- 10 assault squads
9th- 10 devastator squads
10th- Scout squads

Battle Doctrine
The battle doctrine of the Angels of Deliverance is that of combined arms, hitting hard and hitting fast, usually relying upon the 2 veteran companies. They, just like their parent chapter, the Angels of Deliverance will never retreat and would rather die then give up 1 foot of ground on a battlefield.

Relations With Other Chapters
The Angels of Deliverance don't fully trust other space marine chapters, other then other Unforgiven Chapters, and would prefer to work alone. However the Angels of Deliverance will fight along side other space marine chapter if the need arises.

Important Angels of Deliverance
Icarus-Current Supreme Grand Master
Joshia-Grand Master of The Hunters
Dominque-Grand Master of The Watchers
Cam'arion-Chaplain Dreadnaught of The Hunters
Martines-Chaplain of The Watchers
Jordan- Standard Bearer for The Hunters
Samman-Scout Sergeant taught Icarus

I personally wouldn't have them as a 2nd founding chapter as the Dark Angel's 2nd found has been covered.

Blazing angels doesn't really sound dour enough for a dark angels succesor, i would also think that as the chapter deviates from the norm of the unforgiven they would probably not be trusted by other unforgiven chapters.

its safe to say that relictors are the greatest army a man , nay human can own.

they already exist in canon, but maybe use similar words to those that are already used, like instead of angels of redemption go for angels of atonement, or you could have sons of caliban, or use something with choir (angels are ordered into choirs).

disregard what i said about not making them 2nd founding, i reread the fluff on the unforgiven:

http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Unforgiven

but seeing as the unforgiven are all basically dark angels under different names, they all have the same out look on other chapters/aliens/inquisitors.

i like choir of redemption.

seeing as the inner circle share everything, its very unlikely an unforgiven chapter would have different agendas they keep secret and seeing as they see themselves as unforgiven in the emperors eyes i doubt they would want to do more stuff that would go against the emperor (trading with aliens is a radical thing)
