I wouldn't use Corteaz. Awesome model but he hasn't got EW and only a 5++
I assume you mean allies. And then I assume that you downloaded the codex since the paper one has it clear.
DH can ally to IG and SM using up to 1HQ, 1Elite, 2Troops and 1 FA. No HS.
IG can be inducted but the rules for this was meant for the last guard 'dex.
SM can be allied but you can't use GK and again the rules were meant for the last SM 'dex

Simply that the codex is outdated, and will be updated soon, refer to the News and Rumors thread titled Grey Knight new Rumors if you want to read the possible changes to the force itself, and the eta of the codex...

Mattieu~~~~ It's not that eldar are bad, it's that they require a lot of intergration between units. Also, that doesnt prove anything other than GW has a huge hard-on for marines, and, given the option between making a xeno the best psykers or making a marine the best psyker, they will 9 times out of 10 choose the marine.

Cons: Cost, outdated codex, lack of customisable Inquisitors in next 'dex. Lack of allies in next 'dex.
