I've recently aquired 2 demolisher kits. I've been thinking of buying the cannons and mantlet of a standard russ kit and be able to creat all the variants I wish.

I'm thinking of just magnetizing the turret and poping the cannons in there as I want them, perhaps magnetizing the mantlet so it doesn't look very rough. Are there any main differences between the 2 kits that I should know of?

The turrets and main weapons (and how those weapons connect) are where the two models differ: on the LRBT the weapons have the pivot attached which fits into the turret; on the Demolisher the pivot is a separate part and the weapons affix to the pivot. I'm not sure if a Demolisher's weapons will fit a LRBT turret, or vice versa, but I will experiment when I come to put them together.

I have similar intentions to you, I want to magnetise the turret to be able to swap the weapons. On the LRBT it means the turret top and bottom will need to be magnetised, whereas the Demolisher can just have a magnet in the pivotm and one in each weapon.
