Confused at the listing, I've been reading here on dakka it's a 4+ save and in the codex it says 5+ save...? Well which one is it!

IIRC the KFF gives a 5+ cover on infantry and 4+ cover on vehicles due to them counting as obscured.

This is it. The 4+ on vehicles has been mentioned in white dwarf as well as a new to 5th edition cover page.
