So after going to the local GW and talking about my last list a bit, we made some alterations, however, I lost the paper. The only things I could remember are these things:
The dreadnought has his autocannon so he can fend off most anything when he lands. No TDA for the WG so they can travel in the rhinos and have one of them join the scouts. Also no razorback since it's a waste of time for the long fangs apparently, which I agree with. Park them in the middle of your deployment and they can hit almost every part of the field with missile launchers. Somehow I think my list had an extra 35 points somewhere, maybe I counted the drop pod twice or something.
Anyway, what is need is how to fill up my points, starting with equipping the WG since they're basically naked now. Two are joining the GH and one is joining the Scouts. What weapon sets would be good for them?
If there are more points left over where should I spend them?

Hey there,
Your grey hunters should be equiped with the following meltagun, wolf standerd, and mark of the wulfen ( if you have points left over ) dont give them a powerweapon since its not worth the point value. All the wolf guards should be Combi melta / powerfist.
hope this helps.

I was prolly gonna do that for the guard, though why not power weapon or frost blade/axe for the guard?
Also, why wolf standard and wulfen? Still haven't read the core rules yet so ignore the fact that I don't know how useful rending is. Though I'm not sure how useful the standard is, though I guess it's good if I'm cursed by the dice gods.

Rending just ignores armor saves, so any 6s you roll are essentially PW attacks. If you rend a vehicle however, you roll another D6 for the armor penetration I believe. For example, if you get 5 attacks from MOTW and your attacking the rear armor of a rhino, you would need a 6s to rend since your only S4, so you roll another D6 for the penetration, so it would auto-pen. At least, that's how I believe it works, correct me if I'm wrong. Drop the scouts, I think another rune priest would do more damage overall, than this entire unit.

Cyclone is illegal in a group of less than 5 WG.

The standard gives you the ability to re roll all ones during the turn once per game so thats 1's for rolling to hit, wound, and save. Mark of the Wulfen gives you D6 + 1 attack on the charge.

Ok, so besides rending it gives more attacks. That's always nice.
Can you activate the standard after the roll?
