We are definitely hoping some Dakka-Dakkites will want to come join our day o' 40K.

The tournament format does factor in "soft" scores, including painting, sportsmanship, and comp. (That's how DorkaMorka rolls.) The goal for the day is to create a gaming environment that is both friendly and competitive -- as well as one that puts the hobby on display. So if you're the kind of player who enjoys what we call "full immersion 40K," come on down, up, and/or over, and join us for the day.

Just posting to say thanks for running such an awesome event!

Really good organization, fun and balanced missions, fun mood music, cheap beer, good opponents, winning objective counters, and I was totally blown away by the quality and sheer variety of the tables. Really, really impressive.

Can't wait for the next one!
