Hello!
I'm new to the site, and lookin for some info! I have a Space Wolves army that I absolutely love in gameplay, but I cannot find a color that looks right on the models. Can someone help me out? I'd like to see a few examples of what y'all have done with them :O) Thanks ya!

Well, I don't have any pictures, but my wolves look a lot like the ones in the dex, and my recipe is simple.

50/50 Space wolves grey/ Shadow grey
Wash Badab black
Go over armor plates with 50/50 mix, leaving recesses shaded
Line highlight Space Wolves grey

Ill get some pictures up later to give you a better picture.

I believe the current studio mix is 50/50 shadow/adeptus battlegrey for the basecoat.

Two options - first for a more stone grey than a blue-grey

Adeptus battlegrey - codex grey (leaving recesses, etc) and then wash black, retouch. Gives a nice colour.

The other I have done is adeptus battlegrey - lightly but thoroughly drybrush boltgun metal - maybe mixed with a bit of black if you want that irondust look - then wash blue or black depending on preference - looks like greyish steel, or gunmetal, rather than painted. Otherwise, see the above pictures. I rather like the 2nd picture, one on the left
