Here are three of my Empire Flagellants converted into IG Sacntioned Psykers. What do you think? Would they pass as psykers?

Yeah, that'll do.
If you want to make them slightly more 40k-specific, you could throw on a couple of purity seals on stuff, but that's not required.

They look MILES better than the IG psyker models imho, they actually have some character and movement. Good job.

Thanks a lot! I've been trying to figure out some fluff to go behind them, but none of the stuff I've come up with is any good. I'll post the pictures of the rest of the 10 man squad when I'm finished modelling them

They make fantastic psykers, and with a little more imperially stuff they'll look even better!
If I ever get round to putting a battle squad in my IG I'll be pinching the flagellants idea, if you don't mind!
