The store is amazing they run tournaments for 40k every 3rd Sunday of the month with usualy 20players and room for 15+ tables. The tournaments are 10$ and 100% of the cash is added to the prize pool!! The current tournaments are 1500pts and will be going up higher I think they decided on 1750 or 1850. They sell Gw models for 10% below retal and 20% if they don't have the model your looking for and you'll get it about a week later!!! They are great bunch of guys and an awsum store.

Here is a link to the tournament rules and store site http://gamingetc.com/2011/04/06/40k-tournament-april-2011/
read through it and if your interested make sure to email your lists in to events@gamingetc.com

Thanks for looking!

I will definately second this. The store is fairly new to carrying 40k but they have a good selection of 40k and WFB stuff on hand, and best of all a great community is growing around this place. I encourage anyone to in CT to give it a try.

ps Unfortunately their website doesn't really reflect their involvement with warhammer. Click on their events calendar to see the days and times for tournaments and open play.

I agree, having attended every tournament they've held, I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Will do on staturday the tables are regulation made of plywood with the game mats over it and some terrain made of cardboard others plastic and some metal. Not an extensive amount of terrain but for tournaments the local players 1 inperticular binge armorcast and Gw terrain for a few tables of full themed terrain just by him self. At tournaments there's alot of peices you won't see during fun matchs but as Diarmid said it's a new store to 40k and they are trying to get a bigger fan base. It's a great place to play the judges are honnest and fair unlike other stores I've been to in the area.

I'll try and snap some pics next time I go up CTGamer. Next tourney for me won't be until the 27th though. Maybe someone can get some at the Kill-Team tourney next weekend and put em up.

edit: Very nice stuff you and your sons have CTGamer, and that campaign looks hella fun. I've been following it for a while now. It must be great to have live in opponents for a game whenever you have time.

Well I keep forgetting to take pics of the area on tournament days but there's alot of terrain enough for 6-10 large peices for 12-15 tables
