Some folks may remember this little number that I built last year, it sold at christmas, and I've gotten a request to build another, so I figured I'd document the entire process...



I started out with a Administration double door, and a pair of 45deg balsa wedges, to deflect dice out the door so they won't get stuck behind it, the wedges are tapered at the bottom to fit the ramp.



The front and back of the tower, before the ramp and front gate are put in, it's gorilla glued to a piece of plywood from my local hobby-town.





The bottom ramp installed, but before the front gate, is added, there are another pair of Balsa wedges at the top and bottom, the ramp is plasticard, and covered with fleckstone paint to slow the dice rolling down it, just a tad.



After a bit of trimming and fiddling the front gate is put in place, shown from the back in order to show the wedges at the side of the door.

Side tiles need to have one edge trimmed to fit properly, thanks to GW's.."you're not supposed to build an -intact- building with our kits" design..

Customer decided it needed to be about 20% cooler so pliered off the top story and am rebuilding it into a pointed roof..
