If you take a Thunderfire Cannon in your C:SM list, are you still allowed to take Servitors? I know that it says that you may include one unit of Servitors per Techmarine, but does the Thunderfire Techmarine count? Thanks!

This isn't a cut and dry answer, as GW hasn't answered this question themselves.
However, I would say no. The reason is take a look at unit composition, You get a Thunderfire Cannon, and a techmarine gunner. The word gunner is an important distinction, making him no longer a techmarine nor a master of the forge. It's the same as the command squad, if a veteran upgrades to a company champion you cannot give him any wargear because he is no longer a veteran. Nor can the apothecary be given wargear, as again he is not a veteran (even though we all know in the fluff he is).

Hmmmm... well, looking at the codex, page 142, I don't see any options for servitors... so I'd say... read the manual!

You can't say that because there is no option on page 142 that they can't take them. As page 138 has the entry for servitors, and the rules for taking them you have to refer to that page. As it lists techmarine and master of the forge, but not techmarine gunners, we are forced to draw our own conclusion.

So a techmarine gunner counts as a techmarine?

The list under servitors is very specific on what it can be taken with; Techmarines and Master of the Forge. It doesn't list techmarine gunner as one of the units that can take servitors. So no it isn't a techmarine, but it is a techmarine gunner.
I was just replying to your comment, SoloFalcon1138 wrote:well, looking at the codex, page 142, I don't see any options for servitors...
And how you can't just look at page 142 to see if there is the option in the unit entry. Because if you look under techmarine and MotF, there is no entry to take them either. It is under the rules on page 138 for servitors that give models the option to take the unit.

The problem with that being that there are no rules for Techmarine Gunners in the codex either. We are expected simply to assume that you refer to the Techmarine entry for his special rules.
It's quite clear that, at least in some respects, the Techmarine Gunner counts as a Techmarine. Whether or not that allows him to unlock a unit of Servitors therefore becomes a matter of personal opinion...
I would not have a problem with it, personally. It's not a great option, though, since they can't actually accompany him until he loses the cannon, as he isn't an IC while he has it.
