Unfortunately, dakka can't hotlink images that are chilling out on your hard drive. Unless, of course, you have an apache server running, which I'm guessing you're not.

If you're going to want to be able to show those pictures on a forum, you're going to have to upload them to some location on the internet. Try out a photobucket account, for example.
