First things first, although C&C is welcome there are two things I will not change, the first is 180 boyz in total and the other is zogwort. I won't change zogwort because I love him and imo he's the coolest thing ever anywhere in 40k and although I could reduce the numbers to a still healthy and high number but have more elite units, it's a matter of principal to sort of show up my friends by having so many orks under my command. Otherwise I am open to suggestions.

HQ
Big Mek
Power Klaw
Kustom force field - 110

Old Zogwort - 145 - 255

Elites
Tankbustas (5 strong)
3 x bomb squigs
2 x tankhammers - 90 - 345

Lootas (5 string incl.mek) - 75 - 420

Fast Attack
Warbikers (3 strong)
Upgrade to nob
Big Choppa - 90 - 510

Warbikers (3 strong) - 75 - 585

Heavy Support
Battlewagon
Wreckin' ball
zzap gun
4 x rokit launchaz - 155 - 740

Troops
30 ork boyz
3 x rokkit launchaz - 210 - 950

30 ork boyz
3 x rokkit launchaz - 210 - 1160

30 ork boyz
3 x rokkit launchaz - 210 - 1370

30 ork boyz
3 x rokkit launchaz - 210 - 1580

30 ork boyz
3 x rokkit launchaz - 210 - 1790

30 ork boyz
3 x rokkit launchaz - 210 - 2000

Update: edited a few time to try and make the list easier to read but this was the best I could do. Anyway, the plan is to have the horde charging forward blindly. Hiding in the middle will be the tankbustas and the bigmek so they get cover saves from force field as will a couple of horde units and then the tankbustas can take out tanks. Horde units always shoot at tanks due to 3 rokkit launchaz in each. Zogwort will sit in the hordes turning enemy IC into squigs and generally blasting everything, probably including some orks. Warbikes rush up at start to enage enemy shooty units (devastators, heavy weapon teams, etc.) and stop them shooting and just harass the line in general until the swarm arrives. The lootas and normal mek ride in the back of the battlewagon. The battlewagon drives along with all it's anti-tank weaponary blasting enemy tanks and since it's open topped, the lootas and mek can join in. The battle wagon will also drive towards enemy tanks as it can use it's wreckin ball. Thanks to everyone.

P.S is this legal at tournaments or would you just be kicked out on sight.

I think there could be some changes. Try more lootas instead of the wagon - you have a huge amount of anti-tank. Kanz could work in the list to absorb fire. I'm wondering about the bikers since you're going for a unit thats waaaaaaay faster than your average boy, which can mess up army plans.

And I'd plonk ghazz in that list instead of the Big Mek becasue with so many bodies that KFF gets made a tad redundant, and Ghazz is a monster

EDIT: Oh and Nob leaders with PKs. You'll want (read as NEED) those, maybe with bosspoles.

Nobs with PK's with your boys? Never a bad choice.

O yes...And the Mek upgrade in your unit of lootas doesn't help the unit as much as another loota would.

Without a Klaw Nob, your mobs are neutered against armour. Sure you can walk away from a tank, but if a Dread gets into combat with them, they're doomed to be slowly smooshed out of existence.

Literally speaking you have 198 orks. ;-)

I would def swap the Big Mek with a Warboss or Ghazzy, the KFF won't be offering much to such a big horde. OR, I would drop the bikers, and add looted wagons and put the KFF with them. Then you'll be able to place them in the open for better line of sight. Kannons would even work too.

Def agree with Nobs and PKs probably at the expense of the wagon.

Good point, hadn't though of this, will revise the list.

Also, I looked at putting Ghazghkull in but he costs too much and what exactly is wrong with the bikers being faster? That's the whole idea, they move up and take out devastators and heavy weapon teams or sniper teams or whatever has big guns so as many boys as possible make it to the fight.

Ok, I'm gonna put a nob with power klaw in each squad and take out the wagon and either the lootas or the weaker warbiker squadron. Either way this will eventually leave me with an extra 20 points to spend, so no Ghazzkhull, that could mean upgrading the big choppa in the other warbike squadron to a power klaw however.
