The units in this list do not work well together. The Stormraven will draw all your opponent's anti-tank fire and is unlikely to survive one turn of shooting, leaving your Death Company stranded. Even if you get first turn, you have very little long range anti-tank to prevent your opponent from returning fire. If the plan is to Deep Strike the Stormraven using the Scouts to prevent scatter, you are almost certainly doomed as the Scouts will need to be close to the enemy and are almost certain to be dead before the SR comes in from reserve. At any rate, you only have 1 scoring unit, and it is fragile. In objective games (ie, 2 out of 3), you will have to table your opponent to win. This will be especially hard as you will be walking after the first few turns with everything except the Sanguinor.

If you want to use the Sanguinor, you should really try to use the +1 Attack bubble he creates. Given how durable he is, why not try a Descent of Angels based list? You would not take any vehicles, and take 10 man Assault Squads and Vanguard Veteran Squads and plan to deep strike everything.

This leaves 80 points for wargear. I'd suggest some Storm Shields and Power Weapons for the VV squads, maybe Power Weapons for the flamer squads or exchanging Flamers for Plasmaguns. I'm going off memory for points so I may have made some mistakes.

If you want to work off the current list, I'd suggest dropping 5 of the Death Company, the Scouts and the Devastators to take a bunch of 5 man Assault Squads in Razorbacks, as well as 3 Predators with Heavy Bolter Sponsons. This way you can at least make use of all your opponent's fire going into the Stormraven. 5 DC Marines with a Reclusiarch will still do plenty of killing.

Allow me to begin with the standard disclaimers...

Local meta... WAAC v fun... etc, etc, etc...

1) I suggest taking a second and possible third scoring unit. You current list relies on five scouts to capture objectives. Most opponents will find it easy to shoot or assault move you off of objectives. I can see you have the homer to be able to call in help to the scouts, but i just think it is enough.
2) I think you will find it more efficient to drop two the two plasma cannons or the two las cannons from your devastators. You can only fire at one target and with BS4 and S7 / S9, you should be able to do some damage without spending the extra points.
3) A Baal predator or two could add some nice fire support to your assault heavy army.

Play around with the different units and try something new each time. You will find some things just work better than others when on the table as opposed to on paper. Good luck!

The list was created for annhilation games, I've never played control games.

I like this list, but with the 80 points I would add another Priest.
