Tactics. Hide away first turn. Use kommadoes to multi assault infantry and dreads. Use the battlewagon death star unit to plow fowards whilst the Kommadoes are in combat. And run the other boys up to help kill or OBJ camp. What do you think

Anyway please critque the list
For example I worry about drop podding walkers, so my defense is stick the Deff rolls near it and say goodbye to him and the drop pod if KP.

The first thing that jumps out at me is the lack of anti-tank weapons. Including Grotsnik (who I think has a Klaw?) you only have 4 Klaws, a Deff-Rolla and a Kannon which can realistically damage vehicles.
I understand ranged anti-tank isn't exactly the Ork Codex's strong point, but it seems to me players use Deff Koptas, Rokkits on Kans/Buggies and Lootas to try and fill that void. You need some way of busting open the numerous Rhinos and Chimeras you are likely to face so your Boyz can start krumpin' the squishy men inside.
Another thing to consider is that you only have one vehicle. This pretty much ensures that all of your opponents anti-tank weapons will be aiming at it from the start of the game. It likely wont make it across the table.
A final point, which I've noticed many Ork players swear by, is that your large Ork Mobz will need Nobz with Power Klaws.

I love Mad Dok, you will get no Mad Dok hate from me. So I am analyzing the rest of your list and what I am worried about is a single battle wagon has a huge sign on it that says "direct all shooting here" we are Ork we benefit from cheap units so we can take more then one. I am also not thrilled about the 3 kommandos, I do love me a kommando unit with Grotnisk and 2 burnas (don't bother with big shootas) to make the enemy fear the board edge. However just a little shooting and possibly a template can cause an 11 man Ork squad to lose 3-4 guys and then you are testing panic on a 7, in the end a Kommando has the same stats as a boy.

Ah true but they are in your face turn 1 stick them in cover and pump big shoots at them till the rest of the army arrives. I would agree with the Battlewagon but I have the model. That and you need to get 10 pens before the KFF. Too be sure of killing it. That and most Av14 busting things are short range and any long range wont be en-masse in 1500P depending.
I was also thinking that if they're shooting the Battlewagon the Kommadoes will go to town.
