I was thinking I'd go with these colors for IG, you think it'd be good? I'm wanting to start IG, and I'd just like to know what's right for what I want.
Catachan Green for base color
Camo green (with catachan, 50/50) for Fatigues
Goblin Green for highlights
Chainmail (with badab) for metals
Snakebite Leather (with Badab, Greyphonne, or Delvan) for belt, chinstrap, maybe boots, Etc.
Catachan Green for armor
Valejo Tanned Flesh for skin, with either Bleached Bone gradiant highlights or Greyphonne/delvan wash.
What do you guys think? I'm going for a sort of Vietnam-Esque Grunt look for my guys, I love the OD Fatigues/BDU/Uniform.
Input wanted, Thanks.

I don't think I'm going to do Catachan.
There was this Hybrid i came up with, though. I want to try it.
It was Cadian torso, shoulders, and head with Catachan pants and arms.
It would be perfect for my encounters with nids.

Cadian torso with Catachan arms may look a bit bizarre, as the Catachans are a bit bigger than the Cadians. I'd definitely try it with bitz and blutac first, you may get a Trogdor effect.

Those are some really cool units there, guy.
I just can't really tell the colors very well because of the lighting.

I use Catachan Green for cloth and bases, tin bitz with brown ink over for guns and armour, and silver for Lasgun tips and power packs. Rest is Bleached Bones with Skull White drybrushing covered in Devlan Mud.
Check my Thread/Gallery.
