Howdy mates!

Its been almost 3 years that I started working on the chaos army, and never had time to finish them. For me, its been actuly a very big project that got trown from one side to the other non stop.

The story behind the army:
Well, it all started when i decided one day that i liked the lizardmens, so i started collecting them. One day, i started playing 2000 pts and just didn't like the feel to the army at all. Don't ask me why... i just didn't. A few months after, they released the new codex for lizardmens, this brought my hopes up... but still no :(. Just the vibe of the army wasn't my style. So I sold the lizzies and switched to Bretonians. At that time i didn't have much money so I was scratching on many websites to see if i could get sum bretonians for a low cost. Why bretonians you say? don't ask me... It all turns around a song from Nightwish, Crownless and the image in my head of a ton load of cavalry runing to there death screaming FOR AIURRRRR!!! (inside, every time i make an all in'ish type of play, this is my quote)

The CHAOS into the bretonians:
Allright so the new plastic Chaos knight just came around, and it was the time of the new Chaos codex, so since i alwayz play the good guyz in any games i play usuly, i decided to be the bad guy for once! so my plans for my bretonian army was revolving around the Lord of the Ring's specter army that Aragorn summons to wipe everyone off the chart. So that Dames + Specter look was my original drive for my bretonians. The evil doing started when i took the decision of buying them plastic Chaos knight to convert them has pegasus riders, using Nightmares instead to represent the model, and adding the bretonian model to it. So i started painting these figs with pride and investing time into customising my stuff... And then i tryed the actual army on the table... Dissapointment... again... not to my vibe... and I had all these figs that i invested a ton load of time... did not want to lose that, specialy that i liked the concept! so my head was turning either to chaos or empire. To be honest, what made me choose the Warriors of Chaos were the Chaos warriors... Oh My God are these mini's sooo awsome looking!

So I present to you, My Warriors Of the Dead Chaos Bretonia:

1st up, My custum version of Archaon, Noachra the everchosen

next we got a hero on a juggernaught of khorne (note that only the heros are living in this army, this is for fluff

we got Chaos HELL Hounds

Second marauder nurgle block (note that my marauders are not the original model. The only reasons so is that 1- I find them damn ugly! 2- Dead men ar arms zombies fits with the theme!)

Some Chaos knights

Lovely, and much better than I was expecting! It's truly satisfying to see something new and original like this. One thing though, I'd have imagined an undead version of the hellcannon would have been an evil trebchet of some description. Regardless, this is very cool.

Im still working on the Chaos army has we speak, no wories, ill show soon some work in process + ill write down the army's fluff. but now is the Next stop, My Space Marines!

1st thing, everyone must know that I play space marines since 1994. I had 5 spacemarines army if we count this one up has the 5th, and ill explain why. YES i realy bought literaly 4 army... 3 times i sold it! and restarted from scratch. Last time started my marines, i promised to my self that i would keep em. so i would say 5 years later i sold about 2000pts to keep my self an about 3k points pool. I used to work in an hobby store, and during the after noons i used to plan activities to stimulate sales for the community. What actuly happened originaly was a special event that id done one day, and ever since every week, people were asking me or even taking for granted that i would do another edition of the mega battles. So i speed painted my space marines, and 5 years later, i see some one that inspires me to just decap my rines and redo them from scratch. What i decided to do was simple, Just take all the historics of my painted marines and implant them in the army. I used to play Black templars and ultramarines. So this highly influenced my color scheme. With time i discovered another way for bases, usuly i love making bases for my units, but now, i wanted my army to look diferent than all others all over Montreal area. So i ordered clear bases, witch i think fits well with the 40k concept, since tanks and vehicules has no bases, this gives the optical illusion that the marines has the same "freedom" has any vehicules (since there is no bases)

I love the trebuchet model, the only problem that i had was in converting the model in chaos, there was just no inspiration. If there is any ideas before i start my second one, do tell me! ill take in consideration.

second thing is that back then, i did not have lots of money and i just loved the looks of the original hell cannon, so i influenced my choice on the original version
