I have looked through the IG codex
Can a special weapons squad and/or guard Marbo use an RC Demo Vehicle (Cyclops) as thier demolitions charge? It doesnt say yea or nea in the codex.
Long answer: The cyclops is not a codex option. You can find rules for it in any Forgerworld rules containing imperial units, for example im IA:8 or the Death Corps of Krieg rules(available for free). It's basically a special unit with a small vehicle and some guardsman holding a remote control.
