Ok so the pictures are not as good as I would have liked them to come out. I apologize in advance for that. But this is my company champ that will be traveling in my command squad. I used a shield from an assault squad bits box, filed down the eagle and attached the templar emblem. The mod came out pretty good in my book. Tell me what you think and as always C&C is welcomed in any form at all.

Thanks for the comments guys. I was hoping the shield pose would come out looking good on my company champion "Chuckus Norus". Lol lets hope he kicks tail like the other owner of this name, under a different spelling, does. This power weapons is now the 3rd one I have done, reference my Term captain and a squad sgt. I have tried a couple of difference techniques with the lightning effect. I am still leaning towards the lighting effect on my term captain as the better of the 3. I have one more technique I want to try out on my assault sgt's power weapon more to come on that. I may on a later post stack the pics I have and have a vote on which technique i do the best. I love the lightning effects, and the crispness of his shield. Really impressed with the shoulderpads--making them that nice is a PITA for me, thus far. The tabard is awesome, but the only thing I'd do differently is try to make the belt stand out a bit more. Kinda looks like it's a part of the tabard. Maybe it's the pictures, maybe it's my laptop. Either way it's an awesome model, and better than I could do.
