I like the Prime setup. While I cannot think a lash whip would be better, the Prime I think is I6 on the charge so not a lot will be going faster than it and LD on 3D6 is cool for the boneswords.

One problem I've noticed is the Hormagaunts have the special run move and fleet, these won't work with the Prime and will stop that unit from assaulting as quickly.

I think the rest is ok. Run it and see how it is

I think 3 venomthropes is a bit excessive. Gaunts will probably outrun the venomthropes cover anyway.

For swarm I like tervigons, but your list does have potential. You need to keep those trygons alive though.

Few things to consider on the Prime setup - if the Prime is charging a unit in cover, then it will go last. A Lash Whip and Bone Sword setup helps with this problem. But I'm sure this issue can be worked around by assaulting a unit in cover first with your Hormagaunts, then following up with the Prime. Mercer already mentioned the other issue with what you're plans are - attaching the Prime to a unit of Hormagaunts will cause them to lose their special run rule.

Your venomthropes will also be juicy targets for your opponents. Consider attaching your Prime to your Venomthropes - you can allocate STR8 wounds to the Prime instead of your crunchy venomthropes, increasing the survivability of your 'thropes. I'd also consider dropping either a Venomthrope or a Hormagaunt and put Regeneration on your Prime. For 10 points it's a steal, and if you use your Prime to soak up wounds against your Venomthropes, you'll have plenty of chances to get those wounds back. Dropping a Venomthrope would allow you to pick up Regeneration, add two Hormagaunts to each unit (net 4 gaunt gain), and swap the boneswords for Lash whip and Bone Sword if you chose to do so.
