It's not really clear to me how this army is supposed to work. If the tanks are going to hang back, they'd be better as Devastators. You don't have enough AV on the table to get much out of them. If the tanks are going to act as a screen for the rest of your army, they won't be able to shoot much, so I'd go with Vindicators instead.

Also, keep in mind that you can use Shield and some other power with your Librarian without the Epistolary upgrade, and you almost certainly want to take Shield. That would be one way to make the Vindicator upgrade, and you'd have the points for Dozer Blades too.

In fact, this army leaves open some tactical questions. The Preds can hardly act as moving hills to protect the advance of the AM. AM are not that great in cc. The Epistolary upgrade is generally not worth it.
