Making a Paladin army and need more psycannons. While perusing another site, I came across a fellow who chopped the barrel off a psilencer and put a a "chaos marine gargoyle" barrel in its place, to make a funky psycannon thingy. What else could I stick on there, that is a little less weird, yet will still look cool and / or psycannon-ish? Thanks in advance!

Hmm, that could work. Could definitely work. The devastator type ones are still like 5 bucks though. I wonder if anything from a crappy unwanted weapon (aka cheap / free ) would look good

Come folks, you are supposed to be resourceful. Surely someone has used Paladins and needed more psycannons?

I've done a little research myself and an IG grenade launcher seems to have a fat enough barrel to look ok glued onto the psilencer. Ok, but not great. Guess I would have to drill some holes on the sides like the actual psycannon has.

Hmmm... its might be possible that the barrel of a heavy bolter would fit if you cut of the Psilencer barrels. It would mimic some of the psycannon look, but would be slighty wider.
I'll take a look through my bitz boxes and see if I can think of any other(and hopefully better) ideas.

Dur, why didn't I think of that. The Psycannon does look like a regular heavy bolter barrel at its end, doesn't it? I mean yeah there is a section of wire-y bits on the barrel, but the very end looks like a bolter. Good idea, man.

Sadly, I think that the Psilencer gun looks a lot better than the Psycannon. I just use that instead, lol.

A short length of the appropriate size styrene tube?

Lollypop stick?

Gun barrels/muzzles aren't that hard to do, really.
