Good news! I managed to find a FLGS that is willing to expand into Warhammer 40k and host tournaments, but they would like to know a number of interested people. Any of you guys on Dakka interested? I'd LOVE to hear that we have at least 10. Our current pool for sure is only around 4 who would play tournaments.

Just beside the University of North Alabama in Florence AL. You can google map the University of North Alabama and get a general idea of where the games will be held.

There's a pretty active tournament scene in Birmingham, Norserune. I'll shoot you our forum addy so you can introduce yourself there.

Well that's good as well I'd still prefer to have one here in good ol' Florence since I know plenty of players just in TN who would come to Florence for the tourney as well.

Good to hear from Montgomery players...I'm in Auburn right now, and most of my local group has graduated and/or transferred.
While I hope to make it to Visions more in the fall, do you guys know of anyone in/near the Auburn area? Thanks!
