That is a really difficult to read way of posting your army.
Just a couple of thoughts;
The Blast Pistols on the Wyches are probably suboptimal, how often will you be shooting and not running?
Your entire army is basically anti-infanty, this doesn't seem a good idea as you have limited tools to get things out of metal boxes so you can assault/splinter/missile them.
Necrotoxin missiles...I really don't think they're that good...they're *really* not good enough to pay for the right to give away the better Monoscythe missiles.
As noted - your Court build isn't legal, you'll want to patch that up...also, the Court is a *really, really, really* suboptimal unit.

You only have 8 lances - that's not "all da lances" that's "why didn' anybody bring da lances!?!"
As I said, you need more anti-tank - more lances would be a good starting place. I'd make the cuts I suggested above - it'd probably free up enough points to buy another Ravager...you still wouldn't have a lot of lances, but at least you'd have some more anti-mech tools.
