10/10 for effort fella, but your modelling and painting is blocky,
You need to thin the paint on your brush and apply it lightly and when you use green stuff you need to try and blend it in with the model. I don't want you to think I'm been horrible I'm just trying to help you improve

A great display or variety and imagination. I like the amount of details and the colour schemes. Vindicator looks like a beast in armor.

I love the concept you've got going on and the enthusiasm, I'd just say get a bit more practice in and these will be fantastic. Like someone said before, ust try thinning the paint a little, and with the green stuff, I always find that less is more to start with, then build upwards from there. But yeah, looking good, keep up the good work.

I'll be honest here. The painting has me baffled. They are all totally random colors and quite honestly it looks like you used craft paints. Thin the paints, COVER THE ENTIRE MODEL and be more careful with details. Seriously dude it's not a race. As far as the modeling goes....why? You could have just bought chaos marines instead of buying normal marines and...customizing them. Same situation as the painting though, everything looks rushed. Take your time and put some more effort into it man, I'm sure you're capable of even better stuff.

Attention all space marine bashing neckbeards: Nobody cares what you have to say, so stop trying and go cry yourself to sleep. |

I am loving your enthusiasm in your modelling! I have a converted chaos army as well, I like sculpting Nurgle.
As the others have said, you could do with thinning out your paints, and what paints are you using?
As for the modelling, this article on the GW site really helped me: http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/content/article.jsp?catId=cat440167a&categoryId=400029§ion=&aId=1200005
