Very nice blue. Make sure that the badab black wash doesn't pool up on flat areas though, like on the left kneepad.
More! Gimme more!

I like it. It has good highlighting, clean colors. I would suggest making the stone on his chest more gem-like, and it is a bit too bright mor my tastes, but hey, your model!

I knew someone would say something about that! I noticed after I took the picture. I will have to address that.

The alternative to dulling the bright gem is to make it even brighter in the center and doing some OSL around it. That would be really cool.

I would be interested in seeing more! This model is very nice looking.
It has something of a darker look that you really don't see in the Eldar nowadays. Maybe that is why they're dying.

Looking very nice man!! I do agree about the gem... it almost hurts the eyes with it's neoness. I also know sometimes these pictures skew colors and such so if it looks good go with it. What are you thinking for the bases?
Keep the pics coming!

Ok I have multiple complaints, let's get started:
The helmet and gun, they're supposed to be made out of Wraithbone IIRC so why are they metallic? It also looks flat dull and generally boring. Likewise with the backpack, I suggest Mithril silver highlighting for added realism and effect.
The Armour, as stated by other people you've forgotten to clean up the pooling, do this by Dabbing the corner of a tissue in the area.
The base is empty, you need something to provide lifelike action, depending on your fluff you base accordingly, for example my Orks are on a Marshy world and are based accordingly.
The gem is very bright but I like it like that, mabye this Eldar has a fiery spirit or is right next to an Avatar. It needs highlighting though to give depth. So you need to darken it down and highlight it up to the current colour.
The piping next to the gun, It's to bright and detracts from the model as a whole.
Otherwise this model is very good and solid for a first Eldar.

Now is Wraithbone white? Highlighting with mithril silver....where exactly. Thanks for the tip on cleaning up the pooling, I have been struggling with pooling and now I have a way to defeat it. Wish I knew that before I washed my Wraithlord.

Wraithbone is whatever color you paint it. I haven't found any place where it has a set color.

Not for one second am I suggesting you paint it bone coloured. Just not to have Metallic on it.
The Mithril silver on Metallics should be used on edges for example on a Ring, you have gold in the missile silver or the rims, thats pretty much the affect.
I would post a picture If I wasn't on my Phone.

I think the black and gold parts work surprisingly well with the blue.
I have always thought Eldar need something to give them a more ancient and/or arcane look than the clean jump suits provide; the helmet and shuriken catapult here does that for me.
Then again, thats just my oppinion.

Great work on your model man. I check all the eldars that come across and this guy looks very good. Your color scheme works very well, and you've done a great job on your blues. Do a little work with that chest gem and maybe tone up the eyes past one color and you're all set.
