Ah, the colors are a bit clearer here than in your WIP thread. The black-green with extreme highlights is an interesting scheme - rather like a lot of the recent Dark Eldar. I have to say, it's quite striking. Sort of like a jade-obsidian hybrid stone at a high polish, but with a touch of internal glow. Very "ancient but advanced," which feels right for Necrons, even if it isn't the old "green glow from cracks" scheme. I'd love to see it applied to a few different vehicles, especially a Monolith.

That thing looks awesome and terrifying at the same time. Do you have any plans to do this same treatment to other vehicles oadie suggested? (though I'd love to see a ghost ark done like this)

I already painted my monolith a year ago when I started my necron army and though it's paintscheme is similar it is hardly of the same standard unfortunately.

I do have a ghost ark waiting to be built and yes I will do that one in the same scheme (without any tesla weapons though obviously, which is a shame 'cause the destructer cannon was loads of fun to paint). But before I get round to my ghost ark I plan on doing the overlord that came with the barge, a kit-bashed lord and my lychguard with disperion shields

Very nice work, those 2 necrons sort of remind me of those 2 guys from daft punk when they're performing
