So I came across these the other day at Michaels and have since made a pile of different size rivets/lenses with them. The set comes with three different sized tools and you simply push the concaved end into whatever putty you want and boom, you got easy perfect rivets or light lenses in seconds. I don't remember how much they were but they weren't expensive, plus the other ends have three different size points useful for sculpting other stuff. They were in the sculpting section labeled as bead making tools or something along that line. I thought they were great and hopefully you get some use out of em!

Any way you could put a figure next to the beads for scale?

I can't get a picture at the moment, but I measured them and they are 6mm, 5mm, and 3mm in diameter. If I can snap a quick picture soon ill post it. Hopefully the measurements give you an idea.

Great way to make half-domes without having to chop spheres in half, but I don't think I'd find much use for them - even the smallest one is a bit oversized for anything but the largest vehicle rivets and even then, I'd have to sand half of the thickness off to get a clean, properly formed rivet head.

Even so, that's one more hobby-related tool reference to file away, mentally. Thanks for sharing.

I personally have only used them to make light lenses for a homemade mechanicus symbols augmetic eye. Looks really great. I would agree that the size limits their use to super heavies and titans though.
