Looking to do this, but wanting to do head swaps.

Either to something more human female looking, hooded cloaks (think Wood Elves?), or helmeted like the one you get in the DE Wyche box (but would need like 9 more.. :( )

Here is a few test models I went with, problem I found was getting enough 1 handed weapons to make them work.

I think you meant 1-handed weapons, since DCA have 2 one-handed weapons.

If you chop the pistols off the right hand, you can swap and reverse knife blades from the left hand to make for two knives. As for heads, I just shaved down the ears a bit. I do really like the hooded WE heads though.

So you're happy with the heads? They don't look too DE-ish? Just shave down the ears a bit?

I'm considering trying to greenstuff some hoods over the top of their heads.. but it'd be my first sculpting expericence, and I'm not that confident.

Yeah, I like them. I think they look pretty decent and they have had a good response from others.
