After several years of collecting dusk on a shelf, I decided to brush off my old Grey Knights and play then again. I wanted to do something unique with them because while I kind of like it, the fluff is just too ridicules in parts. In one of my many expeditions into the internet, I stumbled upon the Exorcists space marine chapter and immediately fell in love. I love the background of the soul searing ritual and the paint scheme, a kind of burnt orange/red.

So, I am attempting to use C:GK to repent the Exorcists or a special division of them (still working on it).
All the rules are the same game wise for GK, but the fluff for some rules has to be changed a bit to take into account that Exorcists are not all Psykers.

Warden-Sergeants (Brotherhood of Psykers): The Exorcists have many sub-cult, or Orison, within there chapter, and the veteran sergeants of many squad are mid-ranking members, or wardens, within the orison. They are the focus of the fighting spirit of the squad and are ready to give their lives to preserve those under their charge.
Psyker Mastery Level: No changes, The Exorcists still have Librarians, and all models with psychic powers (other than hammerhand, which is explained later) are counted as librarians.
Mobile Shrines (Psychic Pilot): All of the Exorcist’s vehicles are coved in purity seals and inscriptions to ward off demonic Influence and allow the crew to press on unhindered.
Preferred Enemy (Daemons): Yeah, no change needed.
ATSKNF: They are still Space Marines.
Combat Squads: They are still Space Marines.
Soul Searing (The Aegis): The demonic procession ritual that all Exorcists recruits must undergo makes the resistant to the energies of the warp.
Adrenalin Push (Hammerhand): In battle their adrenaline production tripled and the levels of serotonin dropped drastically. This makes the Marines much more aggressive and gave them increased combat effectiveness. However, these high levels are dangerous even for Marines and can cause death if pushed too hard.
Scared Blades (Nemesis Force Weapons): Archaic tools of deamonhunting crafted by chapter’s techmarines and librarians, a curious mix of science, magic and accursed knowledge, they are the antithesis of the warp; a signal strike can rend the warp connection found in nearly all living beings, essentially destroying their soul. They are essentially a non-psychic force weapon.
Non-Codex Formation: It is stated that the Exorcists are a codex chapter, but game-wise I will just stick to standard space marine units (rhinos, land raiders, dreads ect.) and any other uniquely grey knight units will have been seconded from Ordo Malleus and painted as such. They still have a connection to the Inquisition, and frequency work together with them.

I hope I caught everything. Ideas, opinions and constructive criticism welcome!
