Looks sweet I dig the khaki scheme and mud just seems to add a nice touch to sny tank. Mixing flour into your paint is a great way to thicken up mud to get a chunky effect, if you're so inclined.

i used paint and make-up actually ground up, with rubbing alcohol to base then evaporated leaving dried stuck-on mud like material, then paint sealed. here is a close-er up ha-

Hey brother, not to blow my own trumpet [though I do this everytime I see this kind of thing] but I notice you've used makeup powders - I've an idea that's slightly messier, but it works a treat and it looks better than makeup powder.

Seriously, it looks very good. If you want to do do it really rough 'n tough, mix some white glue, small grained sand and brown color and brush it on.
