Thinking of running a different sort of TK list for some upcoming casual games, if it fairs well enough I will consider taking it to a local tournie and the like. I basically wanted to squeeze in as many monsters as possible while still being effective.
Lords:
Tomb King-- DoE, enchanted shield, dragon bane gem, potion of speed--265
LHP-- lv4, 4+ ward, dispel scroll-- 280
heroes:
Necrotect--60
core:
60 skellies-- standard/musician-- 260
6 chariots-- standard/musician, banner of eternal flame-- 365
special:
2 warsphinx-- fiery roar-- 460
3 carrion-- 72
2 tomb scorpion-- 170
rare:
necrosphinx-- 225
2 necro colossus-- ahw-- 350
total: 2507
Plan is to bog down the enemy with my skeleton horde while combo charging everything else: warsphinx and colossus move together at enemies, chariots flank stuff, scorpions harass the back field and carrion redirect/harass as needed. Necrosphinx will warmachine/monster hunt as needed and supply more flanking options.
A thought I had was to swap out the Scorpions and the carrion for a unit of 3 necro knights. Any idea of which will perform better?
