After a year hiatus from 40K getting back to playing and working on my first Loyalist army in 20 years.
Yeah, I know all the usual, Angy Marines are: a waste of time....stupid....etc. I don't care, they entertain me.
So, that being said, here they are ( and a BIG thank you to Veritechc for getting me into them and all the inspiration).

For those unfamiliar with Angry Marines, the Angrinator is a whirlwind that they stripped the missiles out and stuffed Angry Marines into the tubes to fire at the enemy (resolve hits on both sides then anyone left has a dust up....).

Some updates
Three members of my first angry squad


My Black Engine, not totally happy with the outcome (was trying for a fire blackened, smoke wreathed look and just didn't pull it off), but it will do for now.

Mostly still works in progress, but these are some of the latest additions.

Two more member of the squad still in progress (Tried for a golf club on the left one but looks more like a soup ladle)


Two special equipment members still in progress (the dual power fists on the right is what happens when you are posing models with "Jungle Boogie" playing in the background).


And the headless Sgt with an Eviserator (two handed chainsword) still in progress.


And finally (also still in progress) Angry Drop Pod with a dozer blade because to quote the codex "F%^k, why not...."


I hope these entertain a few out there as much as they do me, and as usual comments, critique, and suggestions are always welcome.

I spray them with a rattle can ( I really need to get into airbrushing), flatten with dullcote, wash with gryphon sepia, then detail them. Not the most elaborate painting but they are strictly a 'fun' army and a way to expand some of my hobby skills.
I plan to build them in such a way that I can run them under the BA codex if I am ever inclined to take them to a tourney (granted not as fun that way, but still.....).

That whirlwind is hilarious.

Can't wait to see more angry conversions.
