Here is a tank I am working on. Picked up this tank in a trade and the turret was pretty messed up, beyond any sort of reworking, so, gave it to the ork guy to do some sort of diabolical conversion with it. I wanted a punisher with Pask and some custom looks. However, I hate the pask model. I picked up the tank commissar from forgeworld to fill that spot. Also, wanted the tank to have a bit of different look altogether. So, here it is so far. The turret should be in this week, so, I will post pics of it when I get it done.

Anyone know what this odd IG model is? Just painted him up for some fun. Not sure what I will use him for.

He's the Imperial Navy dude that was in the 4th edition starter set, with the crashed flier scenery.

Thanks. Thought about just using him as a primaris psyker or maybe special mission piece if needed. He was fun to paint though.

Got the bitz in for the turret, Bitz Barn wasn't so bad about getting them to me. Yeah!!! I was somewhat worried about that. Still, a little detail to go and some other odd bits to add to this massive point sink, but, should be fun to play with. Just painted it so it will be table top good. I don't like the Pask model, so, I went with this commissar who can stand in for Pask. The commissar looks so much better. I thought the hurricane bolters would be a nice difference than the standard heavy bolters. Well, here are the pics.

I like the camo, though the tank could use some weathering. That light green section of the hunter-killer missile looks kind of funny to me. Looks like a fierce anti-infantry machine, if only the punisher cannon had better stats.

If only. I know they are not the best option, but, I have a ton of other Leman russ tanks (3 LRBT, 2 Demolishers, 2 Exterminators, 1 Eradicator, and now, 1 Punisher). They are fun to play, squadron them up, and have fun.
