Anyone have a exact number of magnets one would need if i were to magnetize each arm socket/every arm option for the Carnifex?

I plan on using these

http://www.kjmagnetics.com/proddetail.asp?prod=D301 3/16" Dia. x 3/32" thick i think they are strong enough to hold. And as this will be my first ever Do it yourself magnet job, which drill bit size ?(unless the answer is right in my face 3/16 )

And last question...is there a good thorough How to guide i could look up real fast?
