To be blunt, I think you're going about this in a less than ideal way.
you're wanting to use anti-infanrty weapons (missiles) to destroy tanks. and everything else needs to get close to the melta and flamer holding salamanders to be effective.
therefore..
drop the duke, he does nothing worth his point cost.
Drazhar is a monster in CC, especially with 9 incubi following him. this squad is only ideal for multi charges as it will destroy a single squad with ease and then be sitting in the open to be shot at. Maybe drazhar, 4 incubi, and a venom? can still wipe a tac squad, cheaper, and smaller footprint.
drop the grenade launcher on the wyches, they already have assault grenades and you dont have to worry about being counter assaulted because a salamander will just flame the squad instead. give hekatrix agoniser.
you're probably going to want more troops than 2 at this level, even if it is just a fun game. drop the scourges and get two squads of 10 warriors with a blaster, SC, and on a raider with FF. not as competitive as a 5 man in a venom but more fun to use.
drop both jetfighters for 3 ravagers. Ravagers are always fun to use. You also need something efficient and reliable to break open rhinos.
not sure what your plan is for the trueborn. drop the extra bodies and fill them with blaster holding guys only.
That should leave you with a fun, potent list.
